Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy PrimeMinister Vuong Dinh Hue has instructed the Ministry of Finance to provide ricefor the Central Highlands province of Kon Tum to support local people duringthe between-crop period.

About 160.59tonnes of rice from national reserves will be sent to the province.

The provincial People’s Committee isresponsible for distributing the rice to people in need in accordance withregulations.-VNA
