Hanoi (VNA) - Vietnam’s new leadership has continued to make foreign headlines, withGermany’s Junge Welt (Young World) running an article on this regard on April 9.

Written by StefanKühner, the article said Party General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong holds high prestigein Vietnam and lauded his role in the fight against corruption in the country overrecent years.

Meanwhile, StatePresident Nguyen Xuan Phuc, in his capacity as Prime Minister in the 2016-2021tenure, succeeded in leading the country in overcoming the COVID-19 pandemic aswell as the impact of the global economic crisis.
