HCMCity (VNA) – A get-together took place in Ho Chi Minh City in themorning of September 22 to mark the 68th National Day of China (October1, 1949 - 2017).

Speakingat the event, Duong Quan Ha, Chairman of the municipal chapter of the Vietnam -China Friendship Association, highlighted collaboration in friendshipactivities, charity and delegation exchanges among his agency, the ChineseConsulate-General and Chinese businesses in the city has contributedsignificantly to cementing the two countries’ traditional ties.

ChineseConsul General Chen Dehai said in recent year, Vietnam – China relations havebeen fostered by their leaders and people to thrive across politics, trade andcultural exchange.

Hestated that the Chinese Party and Government always treasure cooperation andfriendship with Vietnam and will continue cementing and developing thepartnership toward stability and prosperity.-VNA
