French livestock breeding companies eye VN market

The state-of-the-art technologies, technical knowledge and business opportunities will be offered at ILDEX Vietnam 2014, the 5th international livestock, dairy, meat processing and aquaculture exposition, according to ILDEX organising board.

As many as 17French livestock breeding companies will attend the event. Thesecompanies are expected to highlight their expertise and know-how in thesector of breeding facilities and technologies: animal feed, genetic,and reproduction, the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) online newspaperreported on March 14.

ILDEX Vietnam 2014 will be held in Ho Chi Minh City from March 19-21.

ILDEX Vietnam has been considered as connecting bridge forinternational businessmen of livestock and aqua industry to enterVietnam and neighbouring markets.

Contributed to over 33 % ofthe agricultural sector, Vietnam’s livestock industry offers realopportunities for French exporters, said the newspaper.-VNA
