FPT Japan earns 100 million USD in revenue

FPT Japan is Vietnam's first company to earn 100 million USD from the Japanese market in the first 10 months of this year, according to FPT corporation.

Hanoi (VNA) - FPT Japan is Vietnam's first company to earn 100 million USD from the Japanese market in the first 10 months of this year, according to FPT corporation.

The corporation said on November 1 that FTP Japan has approached earnings made by the top 50 IT companies in Japan, including Fujitsoft, DTS and Systena.

Over the past 10 years, sales of FPT Japan grew at 32 percent per year.

FPT corporation has always considered Japan to be its most important market. It has set a target of being among the top 50 IT companies in Japan in 2017. Further, FPT Japan is expected to contribute 50 percent of its total revenue target of 1 billion USD from the overseas market in 2020.

After 17 years of implementing its strategy of globalization, FPT is represented in 19 countries with nearly 27,000 employees and staff.

In the first nine months of 2016, its global revenues reached 187 million USD.-VNA
