Hanoi (VNA) – The Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee(12th tenure) worked in groups in the morning of the fourth workingday of its 7th plenary meeting (May 10).
The group discussions focused on the project on reforming socialinsurance policy.
In the afternoon, the Party Central Committee held plenary discussionalso on the project on reforming social insurance policy.
The discussion was conducted under the chair of Tran Quoc Vuong,Politburo member and Standing member of the Party Central CommitteeSecretariat.
The 7th plenary meeting of the Party Central Committee (12th tenure) is taking place in Hanoi from May 7-12.
Main issues on the agenda include the personnel work at all levels,especially at strategic level, salary reform for officials, public servants,the armed forces, and workers, and social insurance policy reform, amongothers.
The event attracts great attention of the public with high expectation thatthe meeting will reach breakthrough decisions in matters of public interest.-VNA
