Fine art exhibition supports AO victims

A photo and fine art exhibition opened in Ho Chi Minh City on November 12 to raise funds for Agent Orange/dioxin victims in the southern province of Tay Ninh .
A photo and fine art exhibition opened in Ho Chi Minh City on November12 to raise funds for Agent Orange/dioxin victims in the southernprovince of Tay Ninh .

The exhibition isshowcasing 34 oil paintings, 35 black and white and colour photos takenby a group of artists and photographers after their fact-finding toursof Tan Binh and Chau Thanh districts in late July this year.

Through the event, the authors expressed their deep sentiments towardsAO victims and called for donations from the public to them.

The exhibition will last until November 20./.

The Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu on October 21 signed a cooperation agreement with Uiseong county, Gyeongsangbuk-do province of the Republic of Korea (RoK) on sending local labourers to the RoK to work seasonally under the form of locality-to-locality collaboration between the two countries in the 2023 - 2027 period.

Tien Giang strives to reduce poverty rate to 0.87% this year
