The Asian Banker magazine has awarded the Best Managed Bank in Vietnam2013 and the Asian Banker Leadership Achievement Award to the VietnamExport Import Bank (Eximbank Vietnam).
The awards are the Asian Banker’s recognition to the Eximbank’s sustainable development over the past three years.
Lastyear, the bank received the “Best Domestic Bank in Vietnam ” byAsian Money and was named among the world’s top 1,000 largest banks byBanker magazine.
Over 24 years of development, Eximbank Vietnamhas increased the owner’s equity to 15 trillion VND (about 722 millionUSD) from 13.3 trillion VND in 2010.
The banks has establishedcorrespondent banking relationship with over 852 banks and theirbranches in more than 80 countries in the world.
On the same day, the Bank’s Chairman Le Hung Dung was conferred with the Labour Order, third class, for his contributions.-VNA
