Exhibitions featuring documents on Truong Sa, Hoang Sa planned

The Prime Minister has recently approved a plan to organise exhibitions on the historical and legal evidence of Vietnam’s sovereignty over the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos from 2015 to 2017.
The Prime Minister has recently approved a plan to organise exhibitionson the historical and legal evidence of Vietnam’s sovereignty over theHoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos from 2015 to2017.

Accordingly, the exhibitions will be held in 48provinces and cities nationwide, including 18 coastal and 14 borderprovinces and cities, and four foreign countries, namely France, Russia,the US and the Czech Republic.

The displays will alsobe presented to military units, such as the High Command of the capitalcity Hanoi, and the Vietnam Police High Command.

The historical and legal evidence will also be published in printed materials, films and documentaries.

The exhibitions aim to communicate the sovereignty of Vietnam over thetwo archipelagos through documents, images and objects, while affirmingthe country’s stance and increasing the responsibilities of people andoverseas Vietnamese in protecting Vietnam’s sea and island sovereignty.-VNA

The Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu on October 21 signed a cooperation agreement with Uiseong county, Gyeongsangbuk-do province of the Republic of Korea (RoK) on sending local labourers to the RoK to work seasonally under the form of locality-to-locality collaboration between the two countries in the 2023 - 2027 period.

Tien Giang strives to reduce poverty rate to 0.87% this year

Chinese sick sailor on vessel AMIS STAR provided with first aid
