Accordingly, the plan requires the assessment of the constitution’senforcement by the National Assembly, the President, the Government, theSupreme People’s Court, the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Audit State Officeof Vietnam, and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
In line with Resolution No.64/2013/QH13 and ResolutionNo.718/NQ-UBTVQH13, the review must be transparent on the achievements andshortcomings in the process, thus proposing measures to continue effectivelymaterialising the constitution.
Reports by ministries, agencies, and localities will becollected and added into a report reviewing the five-year constitutionalenforcement.
It should also be combined with the review of theimplementation of the Politburo’s Resolution No.48-NQ/TW dated May 24, 2005 ona strategy on building and refining Vietnamese legal system until 2020 withorientations to 2020, and the Politburo’s Resolution No.49-NQ/TW dated June 2,2005 on judicial reform strategy until 2020 and building documents for the 13thNational Party Congress.
Seminars and conferences will also be held to collectopinions on the review report. –VNA
