The signing was a follow-up to Memorandum of Understanding between Toyo Ink and PECC2 in 2009.
Located at Song Hau Power Centre in Chau Thanh district of thesouthern Hau Giang province, the plant will have a designed capacity of2,000 MW annually, once put into operation by 2018.
