Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minh on February 15 sent a message of condolences to Indian Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj over a terror attack in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir state.

Hanoi (VNA) – Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pham Binh Minhon February 15 sent a message of condolences to Indian Minister of ExternalAffairs Sushma Swaraj over a terror attack in Pulwama district of Jammu andKashmir state.

A car bomb attackoccurred at 3:15pm (local time) on February 14, on a national highway nearLethpora village in Pulwama district, about 27km south of Srinagar city of Kashmir.

The death tollof the attack, targeting paramilitary troopers belonging to India’s CentralReserve Police Force, has risen to 40, while many others are reported to bewounded, according to local officials.–VNA
