Citizens advised against visiting Philippine volcano eruption areas

Philippine authorities have warned of the possibility of an eruption of Level 4 by Taal volcano in Batangas province on the Philippines’ Luzon island.

Hanoi (VNA) – Philippine authorities have warnedof the possibility of an eruption of Level 4 by Taal volcano in Batangasprovince on the Philippines’ Luzon island.

The Vietnamese Foreign Ministry has advised citizens againstvisiting areas affected by the volcano. They should closely watch the situationand abide by instructions from local authorities, it said.
