The event, which aims to create a fun playgroundfor children on the occasion of International Children’s Day (June1), expects to attract the participation of about 200 children,including many from disadvantaged backgrounds, while others are studentsfrom the Korean International School.
KCC Director Park NarkJong said the event will tighten the bond between the two countries’children, further bolstering the bilateral friendship in the future.
Through introducing folk games and traditional foods, the event also helps promote the culture of the two nations, he added.-VNA
