Jointly conducted by the Republic of Korea’s Chung-Ang University,the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), and the municipalDepartments of Health, and Education and Training, the project supportslocal teachers and mothers through the provision of skills necessary forraising and educating children.
Training courses have beenheld since April 7 in local nursery schools, providing information onchildhood diseases and respective treatments, and sharing experiences onbringing up children in the RoK.
Won Hee Jung, the projectmanager, said the courses have taught participants different methods forboosting child development at all stages, as well as nurturing theirchildren’s creativity.-VNA
