At the reception (Source: VNA)The Cambodian People’s Party (CPP) and people, together with the Party, State and people of Vietnam, will do their best to nurture the traditional friendship between the two Parties and countries, Second President of the Cambodian Senate Tep Ngon told visiting deputy head of the Party Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Nguyen Huy Tang on August 25.
Tep Ngon spoke highly of bilateral cooperation between the two Parties, as well as central and local authorities, and expressed his hope that both sides will facilitate information sharing and realisation of signed cooperation agreements.
Tang proposed several initiatives to further develop across-the-board ties between the two Parties and nations.
During working sessions with the CPP’s think-tanks, leaders of the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Prey Veng and Svay Rieng provinces, Tang discussed several ideas to foster bilateral links.
The delegation also visited Vietnamese firms working in Cambodia.-VNA
