The National Hospital of Tropical Diseases on May 9 launched a call centre for health consultancy and disease prevention.

– The National Hospitalof Tropical Diseases on May 9 launched a call centre for health consultancy anddisease prevention.

The call centre 19003228 willoperate round the clock, with many functions such as providing informationabout hospital services, giving directions related to administrative proceduresfor patients, receiving and sending questions to direct consultants.

Leading experts working in thefields of infectious and tropical diseases, nutrition and food safety, vaccination,and testing will be invited to answer questions and give consultancy to callers.
 
According to Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kinh, Director of the National Hospital ofTropical Disease, many modern technologies and devicesto optimise multi-channel connection applications, support management  and reckon  frequency of calls; and integrate customerdatabase management.

The call centre is hoped to not only givepeople with more information about health care and disease prevention, but alsohelp them connect with health experts, thus significantly helping to improve thepeople’s health and prevent diseases in the context of increasing new diseases inrecent times.-VNA
