Binh Dinh facilitates Guangxi business operation

The local authoritiespromise to support the Mingyang biochemical group in particular to runthe post-starch processing plant in Binh Dinh’s Nhon Hoi economic zone,Thang told Vice President of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region WeiChao An – who visited the province on April 30 and May 1.

Wei Chao An underlined cooperation potential in economics andinvestment between the two localities, citing the construction of the68-million-USD Mingyang post-starch processing plant as a vividdemonstration of bilateral cooperative ties.

The plant could process 100,000 tonnes of products per year, he added.

He called on the two localities to expand affiliation to other fields such as culture and education in the coming time.

As many as 36 projects in the Nhon Hoi economic zone receivedinvestment licenses with a total registered capital of over 1.53 billionUSD.

Particularly, Binh Dinh province is expeditingthe implementation of an 22-billion-USD oil refinery complex project atthe zone, which is capable of refining 20 million tonnes of crude oil ayear, together with many other projects.-VNA
