Phnom Penh (VNA) – The ASEAN Family Day was held in Phnom Penh,Cambodia on December 16.
The event, jointly organised by the Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs andInternational Cooperation and embassies of ASEAN members in the country, ispart of activities in 2017 to mark the founding and development of ASEAN over50 years.
Philippine Ambassador to Cambodia Christopher Montero said ASEAN members havespared no efforts into building a stronger ASEAN Community, adding that theASEAN Family Day aims to enhance mutual understanding and friendship of themember countries.
