Most recently, in November2022, PM Chinh met Philippine President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on the sidelines of the 40th and 41st ASEAN Summits in Cambodia, while President Nguyen Xuan Phuc also met thePhilippine leader at the APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting in Thailand.
