AIPA-41 opens in Hanoi
The 41st General Assembly of the ASEAN Inter-Parliament Assembly (AIPA-41) under the theme “Parliamentary diplomacy for a cohesive and proactive ASEAN Community '' opened in Hanoi on Sept.8. The event was held for the first time online.
