From July –October, average temperature nationwide will be 0.5- 1 Celsius degree higherthan the average in the same period of years.
The totalrainfall in the north will be also 10-30 percent higher than the average fromJuly – August.
Floods willalso occur in the region from July – October. Flash floods and landslides areat high risk in the northwest.
Dry seasonin the central coastal and south central provinces is likely to last tillAugust and September.
During July– December, water level in the northwest and northeast will be equivalent tothe average years ago.
