Hanoi (VNA) – A blooddonation campaign was launched on October 25 by the youth union of thecentrally-run business bloc and the National Institute of Hematology and BloodTransfusion.

The campaign is taking place in 17locations of subsidiary units of the union in Hanoi and HCM City until October28.

It is expected to draw theparticipation of more than 7,000 youth union members and collect at least 3,000units of blood.

On the occasion, the organiserspresented certificates of merit to 21 organisations and 20 individuals withoutstanding achievements in the bloc’s blood donation campaigns over the lastfive years.-VNA
