According to the Indonesian Agency for Meteorology,Climatology and Geophysics, the quake struck at 2:55pm (Jakarta time) with theepicenter 64 km east of the province and a depth of 10km under the seabed.
Minutes later, a 5.1-magnitude quake hit the country'seasternmost province of Papua with a depth of 10 km.
