Ford is showing off the One Ford, while Honda is presenting itshybrid-electric sports car NSX-1 and two new editions of the CR-V andCivic. Jaguar & Land Rover are introducing three luxury SUV models,including the All-New Range Rover Sport, the All-New Range Rover and theRange Rover Evoque.
The five-day event alsoinvolves enterprises operating in the support industries, spare partsmanufacturing, and the banking and insurance sectors.
According to President of the Vietnam Automobile Manufacturers’Association (VAMA), Jesus Metelo N.Arias, automobile sales rose by 45percent in October year-on-year, totalling 14,919 cars.
Total sales are expected to hit 150,000 cars in 2014, up by 36 percent compared to the previous year.-VNA
