175 COVID-19 patients given all-clear on June 20

The Ministry of Health reported that 94 new COVID-19 cases had been detected in the six hours from 12pm to 6pm June 20, all local infections.

Hanoi, (VNA) – The Ministry of Healthreported that 94 new COVID-19 cases had been detected in the six hours from 12pmto 6pm June 20, all local infections.

Ho Chi Minh City reported the most cases with 57, while23 cases were detected in Bac Giang, 9 in Da Nang, three in Bac Ninh, and twoin Nghe An.

With the new cases, the total number recorded on June 20amounted to 311, including 11 imported.

The national tally rose to 13,211 as of 6pm June 20,including 11,513 domestic cases.

175 patients were given the all-clear from thevirus on the day while the death toll related to the disease rose to 66.

Among active patients undergoing treatment, 381have tested negative to coronavirus once, 135 twice and 137 thrice.

Twenty one provinces and cities have gone free ofnew cases for at least 14 days./.
