Dominique, a French reporter, said the Congress offers an opportunity for her and other foreign journalists to learn about the writing style of the Vietnamese press circle.

Luke Vargas, a reporter from the US based Talk Media News, praised the well-equipped Press Centre and said he plans to question a number of delegates about Vietnam’s foreign policies stated in the Congress’s Resolution and other documents, which are of Talk Media News readers’ concern.
